On November 14, 2022, Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the three-month period ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
